Equipped with a special dust-free cutting machine, featuring variable frequency speed control and Haf clamp. The cut edges are smooth without burrs, eliminating dust pollution; the encoder precisely measures the length of the pipes, ensuring uniform pipe lengths.
3. Dual pipes co-printing, cost savings
Exclusive dual-pipe mobile printing mechanism, with a single nozzle completing the printing for two pipes, reducing equipment procurement costs.
4. Powder feed forced by twin screws, no material blockage
The twin-screw forced feeding structure avoids powder bridging and material breakage, ensuring stable feeding.
5. Distributed intelligent control system
Supports single-machine adjustment and line-wide linkage, comes with fault alarm, simple operation, high automation level, and stable operation.
