PPR 4 Cavity Double Layers Pipe Extrusion Line

Main technical features 主要技术特点：

1. Shuanglin PP-R 4 cavity double layers pipe extrusion line, on updated design, high speed and stable performance.
2. It adopts high efficient and energy saving single screw extruder equipped with special mould, the output improves 30% and power saves 20% than single pipe, reduces the manpower at the same time.
3. According to needs it can change die and core mould to produce two different sizes or pressure pipes simultaneously.
4. By appropriately modifying some units of the production line, it is possible to achieve the extrusion of PP-R double-layer or single-layer pipe materials, as well as the production of PE-RT heat-resistant polyethylene pipe materials and PE pipe materials.
5. It adopts advanced PLC and color LCD touch screen control system for whole extrusion line, single machine adjustment, synchronization function realized, failure warning, high degree automation and stable and reliable production.
