Technical configuration 技术配置：

1. The main machine screw adopts low melting point and low shear plasticization technology, achieving low melt temperature and precise temperature control; it is equipped with an independent temperature measurement structure at the melt center, providing high measurement accuracy and enabling precise adjustment of the production process.
2. A melt temperature equalizer is configured to ensure uniform and adjustable surface and center melt temperatures, guaranteeing consistent plasticization.
3. The mold adopts dual-tuning bias anti-melt deflection channels + die core negative stretching ratio design; the inner and outer mold bodies are equipped with multi-zone independent heating and independent air cooling structures, allowing for temperature adjustment, rapid cooling, and precise control of the pipe wall thickness.
4. A self-developed electric heating + high-power oil cooling spiral temperature control device is configured, along with an ultra-large power variable-frequency internal ventilation system, ensuring rapid and uniform cooling and shaping of the pipe inner wall.
5. The sizing sleeve adopts an inlet spiral water circulation cooling structure, enhancing the adhesion of the melt to the pipe outer wall; the vacuum sizing box relies on 32 sets of powerful spray nozzles and a 18m ultra-long cooling structure, effectively suppressing melt deflection.
6. The spray box adopts a nylon support plate + drag wheel combination structure, reducing the traction resistance and self-weight deformation of the pipe.
