1. The overlap welding PEX-AL-PEX composite pipe is made for PE-Xb, PERT, PE and PPR material. It adopts a high-precision passive aluminum on line forming machine with a welding effect testing system, guaranteeing the high roundness and precise dimensions. The outer plastic-glue and inner plastic-glue adapt two step co-extrusion technology, improving the plastic-aluminum adhesion quality, and making it much easier to adjust and start the production, as well as different sizes. Online air pressure testing device tests if the welding strength qualified.
