Technical Features 技术特点：

High-speed PP straw production lines consist of an extruder equipped with a variable frequency extrusion system, molds, a cooling water tank or vacuum cooling water tank, and haul-off and cutting devices. Using polypropylene (PP) as the raw material along with color masterbatches, the productionprocess involves heating and melting, extrusion, shaping, cooling, reheating, haul-off, and cutting.By configuring corresponding molds, the line can produce: straws, label tubes, cotton swab sticks, spray pump tubes, candy sticks, toy tubes, and small-diameter industrial tubes of variousspecifications.
