Technical Features 技术特点：

1、Shuanglin building on years of manufacturing and R&D capabilities in plastic pipe equipment,has independently developed an infrared cross-linking PE-Xa pipe extrusion line with proprietary intellectual property. This achievement draws from studying advanced technologies of international peers and assimilating similar foreign equipment.

2、This production line utilizes a dedicated twin-screw extruder for PE-Xa pipes, a multi-component precision metering and mixing device for PE-Xa, specialized extrusion molds for PE-Xa pipes, an infrared cross-linking unit, and an intelligent control and monitoring system. These ensure high-speed, stable pipe production. By adding specific equipment modules, the line can manufacture single-layer PE-Xa pipes, three-layer PE-Xa pipes, and five-layer PE-Xa pipes.
