Our company's newly developed double-wall corrugated pipe production line is a second-generation horizontal pressure water-cooling production line independently developed based on the full absorption of advanced technologies from both domestic and international sources. It holds over ten patents. The production range is from ID100mm to ID2000mm. There are various types of extruders available for selection, enabling the production of HDPE, PP, PVC and other pipe materials, and also meeting the production requirements of single-wall corrugated pipes.

The sizing sleeve is made of aluminum alloy and its surface has been treated for wear resistance; the corrugation of the pipe material is calculated by a specialized software program, which can achieve better ring stiffness under the same weight per meter; the sliding base of the forming machine is gear-driven and equipped with large-sized needle roller bearings, making it more stable; the quick-unloading module design makes the module loading and unloading convenient and fast; the unique internal cooling design of the module enables the cooling water to flow rapidly within the module to achieve the rapid cooling and shaping of the pipe material.
