 Technique Principle 技术原理：

The 5-layer oxygen barrier pipe addresses the drawbacks of ordinary pipes that fail to block oxygen permeation, which shortens the service life and reduces the safety of piping systems.This pipe is manufactured via a 5-layer co-extrusion process: the inner and outer layers are plastic materials such as PE-RT, PEX, PB and PE-Xb, while the middle layer is an EVOH (Ethylene Vinyl Alcohol Copolymer) oxygen barrier layer.The oxygen barrier property of the pipe is achieved by leveraging the excellent barrier performance of EVOH.

1. Cost Savings: Calculating at 80 meters per minute for 16mm tubing, precise co-extrusion control stabilizes the EVOH oxygen barrier layer thickness between 0.018 and 0.025 mm, reducing material consumption by more than half and saving approximately 4 million RMB annually.
2. Doubled Production Capacity: For small-diameter pipes ranging from Φ12 to 20 mm, the production speed has been increased to 60–120 meters per minute—twice as fast as previous equipment—doubling output capacity and ensuring leading delivery capabilities.
3. Full-Process Intelligent Assurance: The production line features a humanized layout with optimized auxiliary equipment placement, online laser diameter measurement, fully automatic high-speed coiling and bundling, synchronized inkjet coding, central data monitoring, and highly efficient operation and maintenance.

Compatible Materials 适配材料：

Classified into the following four types based on different inner and outer layer materials:
1、PE-RT/EVOH/PE-RT: The inner and outer plastic layers are made of heat-resistant non-crosslinked polyethylene, bonded to the middle EVOH layer via inner and outer hot melt adhesive layers respectively.
2、PEX/EVOH/PEX: The inner and outer plastic layers are cross-linked polyethylene, bonded to the middle EVOH layer via inner and outer hot melt adhesive layers respectively.
3、PB/EVOH/PB: The inner and outer plastic layers are polybutene, bonded to the middle EVOH layer via inner and outer hot melt adhesive layers respectively.
4、PE-Xb/EVOH/PE-Xb: The inner and outer plastic layers are cross-linked polyethylene, bonded to the middle EVOH layer via inner and outer hot melt adhesive layers respectively.
