1、Two-Step Coating Insulation Production Line (also known as "Pipe-in-Pipe" Coating Molding Line) preheats finished pipes (such as PEX, PERT, PB, aluminum-plastic pipes, steel pipes, etc.), then applies an online coating of foamed polyethylene (or PEX, PU) insulation layer, and finally adds a secondary coating of UV-resistant, coilable EVA outer sheathing or protective pipe. This process creates a three-layer insulated composite pipe with a structure of "inner pipe - foam layer - outer protective pipe‘’.
